Courses are available for:

Kinetic Chain Release, (KCR) over two days,

When competed KCR you can do Introduction to Connective Tissue Release over 2 days, (intro to CTR)

Postural Energetics over one day, When you have completed KCR and Intro to CTR 

Charka Alignment Courses, over one year, 

Introduction to Crystals, Over one year

Crystal Therapy over one year

Yoga 1:1 for Beginners, coming back to practice due to illness, injury, or just haven't done yoga for a while 

Energy work, over one year

 Wicca, over one year

In my healing sessions I use all of the knowledge that I have gain from the above therapies.

Each treatment lasts an hour and after a short consultation,

the treatment will be holistically individualised to your needs

and is an investment of £50 per hour. You can pay by Cash, Pay Pal or Bank Transfer.
